Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026-2030
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neurotech)
- Design strategic implementation roadmaps for priority innovation initiatives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Build and manage a global network of technology scouts and research partners
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-concept solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends (3-5 year horizon)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping tools
