Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI, and spatial computing
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic initiatives into company-wide roadmaps
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio, allocating resources to high-impact R&D projects
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technology products
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
