Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decarbonization technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (2026-2030) and assess commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the executive board
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology with 8+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or equivalent
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and risk assessment
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
