Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and commercial teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and competitive threats
- Present strategic briefings to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Drive R&D investment allocation through data-driven ROI modeling
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor next-gen talent in future-focused skill development programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/SaaS experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., FTI, Foresight Practitioner)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents/whitepapers preferred)
- Fluency in future tech trends: AGI, molecular computing, and decentralized systems
