Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, blockchain, IoT, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with future-casting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
