You'll work directly with our CTO and executive team to identify paradigm-shifting technologies, develop implementation frameworks, and lead cross-disciplinary teams in bringing tomorrow's solutions to market today.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts and organizational goals
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product development and operational functions
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
