Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least one future-tech domain: quantum, AI, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and strategic frameworks
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
