Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, focusing on emerging tech adoption
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, AI governance frameworks)
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish ethical guidelines and sustainability benchmarks for all innovation initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
