You'll lead initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, and immersive experiences, ensuring our innovations align with market trends and societal needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape assessments to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-suite with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders for technology incubation
- Oversee innovation labs and R&D initiatives focused on next-generation solutions
- Ensure ethical implementation of technologies through governance frameworks and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and C-suite executives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and scenario planning
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO, CDIO) preferred
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams and innovation labs
