Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum) into core business operations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology foresight briefings to stakeholders and guide R&D investment decisions
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on future-proof solutions
- Ensure ethical technology adoption and regulatory compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite or executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of anticipating technological shifts and driving innovation cycles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, and biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and risk modeling
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO School) preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
