Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for emerging domains
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with disruptive potential

- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Build and manage an innovation lab focused on next-generation R&D
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and external partners

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research or thought leadership in emerging technologies
- Experience with agile frameworks for long-term strategic planning
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, CDMP) preferred
