Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy across AI, quantum computing, and biotech verticals
- Lead R&D initiatives for disruptive technologies with potential billion-dollar market impact
- Partner with C-suite to align technological innovation with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Represent company at global tech forums (Web Summit, TechCrunch Disrupt)
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders program
- Secure patents and intellectual property for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on market-shifting innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Successful track record scaling technologies from concept to commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 20+ professionals
- Deep understanding of emerging tech regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
