Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen user interfaces and immersive experiences
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic technology blueprints to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior technologists in future-proof skill development and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching at least two enterprise-level AI/quantum initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CTO Academy)
- Deep understanding of Web3, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology intersections
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating technology roadmap deliverables from concept to market
