- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish patent frameworks and intellectual property strategies for emerging technology applications
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Develop predictive market models for tech adoption and disruption across key industries
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget and vendor ecosystem for cutting-edge R&D partnerships

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced materials
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
