Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-5 year technology strategy roadmap for quantum/AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Develop patentable solutions in sustainable tech and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor junior strategists and foster culture of experimental innovation
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
- Portfolio of 3+ industry-transforming tech initiatives
