Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technological innovation impact
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech vendors
- Create technology roadmaps with phased implementation timelines
- Monitor competitor tech initiatives and market disruption risks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their industry applications
- Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMI-SP) preferred
