Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and Web3 integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech disruptors (post-quantum cryptography, neuromorphic computing)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing future-tech incubation team
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven experience with emerging tech adoption frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, Toffler's Future Shock)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Executive presentation skills with 50+ stakeholder engagements
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy publications
- PMP or TOGAF certification preferred
- Experience scaling tech innovation from concept to market
