- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor emerging technologists in future-focused methodologies
- Drive R&D investment allocation for high-impact innovation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Track record of launching disruptive products with >$50M market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams of 50+ professionals
- Deep familiarity with venture capital and innovation funding ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation preferred
