- Foster partnerships with academia, startups, and research institutions
- Champion ethical technology frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record implementing transformative technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CEIM)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience scaling technology teams and managing innovation budgets >$5M
