Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) and assess strategic viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading tech incubators, research institutions, and venture capital firms
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership or patents in technology innovation preferred
