Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, quantum, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and future-of-work implications
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan)
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
