Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech interfaces
- Architect scalable digital transformation frameworks for enterprise clients
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to market implementation
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team of 10+ specialists
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record leading quantum computing or AI implementation projects
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in digital transformation methodologies and emerging tech ecosystems
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Strong background in sustainable technology and ethical AI frameworks
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
