Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and vendor assessments for next-gen infrastructure solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformations
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and Prince2 methodologies
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA required
- Published thought leadership in technology journals preferred
