Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, carbon capture AI)
- Analyze global tech trends to position InnovateHorizon as a 2026 market disruptor
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech applications
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with DARPA and EU Horizon
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-focused specializations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/climate)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (2020-2025)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with futurism certification
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and biotech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar (2020-2023)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience securing government innovation grants
