Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop patentable solutions addressing global challenges (climate, healthcare, accessibility)
- Present strategic technology vision to investors and board members
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Establish partnerships with leading academic institutions and labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures forecasting and technology adoption curves
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- Global technology ecosystem network
