Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead R&D initiatives for human-centric AI interfaces and ethical automation frameworks
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-proof digital transformation strategies
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for prototyping emerging technologies
- Present strategic visions at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit
- Mentor a team of 12+ specialists in quantum machine learning and spatial computing
- Drive patent development for proprietary algorithms and neural architectures
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation methodologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in government grants or private equity for R&D
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 infrastructure and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
