- Build and manage a $5M innovation lab portfolio for prototyping future solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on next-gen technology adoption
- Establish industry partnerships for technology co-development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum computing solutions
- Executive-level experience with digital transformation ($100M+ budgets)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in agile development frameworks and DevOps practices
- Certification in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
