Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology innovation pipeline, identifying breakthrough opportunities in AI ethics, quantum-resistant cryptography, and climate-tech AI
- Lead cross-functional pods of engineers, futurists, and domain experts to prototype next-gen solutions
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and autonomous systems governance
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Forge partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford AI Lab, and other future-focused institutions
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal innovation sprints and external thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on future-tech adoption
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and distributed ledger technologies
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains (NeurIPS, Nature, IEEE preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercial deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Deep understanding of global technology policy landscapes and ethical AI frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
