Our Austin hub offers a dynamic environment where your ideas will directly influence product roadmaps and market positioning.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps forecasting disruptive innovations and adoption curves
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, quantum applications, AI systems)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging tech trends
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and data sovereignty
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture through hackathons and workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record developing future-tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) or strategic planning
- Experience scaling AI/ML systems in production environments
- Strong financial acumen for ROI modeling of tech investments
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Prior leadership in agile transformation initiatives
