- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track adoption metrics
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (patents, white papers, keynotes)
- Experience scaling technology solutions from concept to market leadership
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Proven ability to lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
