- Partner with R&D to prototype futuristic solutions with commercial viability
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage technology ecosystem partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Drive cross-functional initiatives between engineering, product, and business units
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI, or biotech
- Executive-level strategic planning and scenario development experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
