Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Oversee R&D budgets exceeding $50M and manage cross-functional innovation teams
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive implementation of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advocate for innovation-friendly regulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in Gartner Hype Cycle analysis and technology adoption lifecycle
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience in enterprise transformations
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, white papers, keynotes)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members in tech environments
