Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through 2026 and beyond
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate strategic vision into actionable innovation initiatives
- Evaluate and prioritize emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, etc.) for investment and implementation
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with key innovators, research institutions, and venture partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or product development leadership
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging technology trends
- Expertise in strategic planning, scenario planning, and technology adoption frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI, blockchain, IoT, biotech, and quantum computing landscapes
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
