Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) to inform strategic R&D investments
- Develop and execute cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead high-stakes projects in AI governance, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders program
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in tech innovation or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in 3+ emerging domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
