- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact analysis
- Drive innovation workshops with C-suite executives and R&D partners
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making technologies
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum computing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with international tech policy development (e.g., OECD, WEF)
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Architecture (STA)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
