- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and recommend strategic pivots
- Mentor innovation teams in prototyping and scaling experimental technologies
- Present strategic vision to investors and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $50M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech journals
- Experience with scenario planning for technological disruption
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global collaboration)
