- Lead research initiatives in AI ethics, quantum applications, and Web3 infrastructure
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track technology adoption metrics
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous financial oversight
- Build and lead a team of 5-7 specialized technology architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven experience scaling technology ventures from concept to market leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong network with research institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.) and tech labs
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and technology management frameworks
