- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent research to identify first-mover advantages in emerging tech verticals
- Present technology disruption scenarios to C-suite and board members with data-driven risk/recommendations
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with quantum startups, research institutions, and government innovation labs
- Develop ROI frameworks for emerging technology investments, balancing short-term gains with long-term transformation
- Mentor junior strategists in future-gazing methodologies and ethical technology assessment protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred) with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain experience essential)
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption modeling frameworks
