Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for collaborative innovation
- Manage technology portfolio optimization and risk assessment frameworks

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, IoT, and climate tech ecosystems
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
