Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, bio-digital interfaces)

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to shape policy frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies before market adoption
- Drive organizational transformation through agile implementation of emerging technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
