Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, AI, biotech convergence)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption across global markets
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/automation implementation in sensitive sectors
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in leading enterprise-scale digital transformation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech
- Certification in Strategic Planning or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical audiences
