Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Architect strategic roadmaps for AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Partner with C-suite to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven decision frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Develop patent-pending solutions in sustainable tech and decentralized systems
- Present strategic visions to board members and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching at least two disruptive tech products
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing principles, and Web3 protocols
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS) or equivalent
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ technical professionals
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (e.g., Nature, IEEE)
- Fluency in Python, Go, and quantum programming languages
