Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead research and development of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics)
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and finance teams to prioritize technology investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech disruptions and competitive landscapes, providing actionable insights
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
- Develop patents and intellectual property frameworks for future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (articles, patents, conference talks)
