As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with world-class researchers, engineers, and industry pioneers to identify breakthrough opportunities, assess market readiness, and develop roadmaps for technologies that will define the next decade. You'll be at the intersection of quantum computing, biotechnology, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation, driving initiatives that have global impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026-2030, identifying disruptive innovations with market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across healthcare, climate, and digital infrastructure sectors
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for technology implementation at global scale
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align breakthrough innovations with commercialization pathways
- Present technology vision and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government agencies
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and executing technology transformation strategies
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Strong communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0, etc.)
- Demonstrated understanding of ethical implications and responsible innovation frameworks
