Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused tech initiatives (quantum, AI, IoT)
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends and their commercial applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (SWOT, PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces)
- Certifications in AI ethics, innovation management, or technology forecasting preferred
