- Author white papers on the societal impact of autonomous decision-making frameworks
- Design ethical governance models for generative AI deployment in critical infrastructure
- Secure $5M+ in government grants and venture capital for future-focused initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in applied futurism through our Innovation Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI domains
- Published research in Nature/Science on computational forecasting models
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for national technology initiatives
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Track record of scaling technologies from lab to commercial deployment
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global tech diplomacy
