- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3) into core product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and market disruption analyses for 5-10 year horizons
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive leadership and boards with data-backed ROI projections
- Manage a $50M innovation portfolio, allocating resources to high-impact moonshot projects
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and global tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with proven 10-year horizon planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Successful track record of launching breakthrough products with >$100M market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with emphasis on futurism or systems thinking
