Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum/AI topics
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Proven track record of launching 2+ patented technologies
- Certified in Sustainable Technology Innovation (STI)
- Experience with DARPA/EU Horizon funding programs
