- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility for $10M+ R&D budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching commercialized innovations in AI or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of technological convergence and exponential growth patterns
- Experience managing distributed R&D teams across global markets
- Certified in emerging technologies (e.g., Google AI, AWS Quantum)
