- Develop and implement 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with company vision
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with disruptive potential

- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for future tech landscape
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)

- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
